Your first part involves you being taken on a tour of the limestone caverns, where you are informed about the formation of the caves and the glowworms.
Before you are through, say, the caves, you will get into the Glowworm Grotto part, in which thousands of tiny glowworms light the ceiling as if it were the night sky. The impact is soothing, which produces a somewhat alienated environment that ensures a feeling of calmness.
To make it more extreme, one can float through the cave in the calm black waters of the river found in the belly of the cave. With wetsuits and inner tubes on, one floats in the water and can only see the glow of the worms shining in the dark abyss above.
